Threat intelligence and attack surface management solutions provider Cyfirma today announced that it has raised $6 million in a pre-Series B funding round that brings the total raised by the company to $18 million.

The new investment round was led by Israel’s OurCrowd venture fund and Larsen & Toubro’s L&T Innovation Fund.

Founded in 2017, the Singapore-based Cyfirma provides a cloud-native SaaS platform that combines threat intelligence, attack surface discovery, and risk protection.

The company’s analytics platform relies on artificial intelligence and machine learning to help organizations prepare for potential attacks.

Cyfirma says it serves government organizations and Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, industrial products, manufacturing, natural resources, pharmaceutical, and retail sectors.

The new investment will allow Cyfirma to advance its platform and expand in North America, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

The company also plans to consolidate its position in the Southeast Asian region, and to expand its employee base.
